Bike Burger Beer Band

A couple of weekends ago, Him and I decided to take our bikes on an adventure. I did a little googling and discovered The Blackstone River Bikeway. Ultimately, the ambitious plan for this bikepath is for it to extend from Providence, RI to Worcester, MA. It's still a work in progress, but we were able to bike for a couple of hours along a beautiful path near Cumberland, RI. It was a sunny day and we practically had the path to ourselves. That never happens in Boston. Here's Him prepping for the ride:

And here he is along the verdant path:

It was gorgeous and relaxing. Nature was everywhere! Trees, meadows, ponds, rapids, you name it. And you never had to worry about watching out for cars. You could bike along without a care in the world. Here I am next to a waterfall:

After our nice dose of invigorating cardio, we drove to nearby Providence and had some tasty beers and burgers at Union Station Brewery. THEN, we went home, took a quick shower, and went to see these guys rock the house. Needless to say, it was an awesome day.

Tasty

The boyfriend whipped this up for lunch the other day. No wonder I'm gaining weight.
